+ 0 - 2 | § ¶Freevo Update

Looks like I'm not the only one with a Freevo addiction. This guy wrote a blog about the whole experience... My goals are a little bit different, but it's interesting to see someone go through the same kinds of issues. Right now I'm trying to speed up the emulation of the zsnes emulator that Freevo uses for snes games. Also I think I need to make Freevo run in framebuffer mode to make everything feel smoother. After that, I'll try to clean everything up and make it all work well together. The wireless keyboard and mouse that I ordered from woot should make using it alot easier, since I won't have to be sitting right next to the screen :)

After I get everything together, I'll put together a small writeup of the experience (Paul).

I found this link via digg.com (awesome site!). It covers some easy way to find music files (mp3,ogg,wma) online... The coolest and most powerful one is this google operator:

-inurl:(htm|html|php) intitle:"index of" +"last modified" +"parent directory" +description +size +(wma|mp3|ogg) "put band name here"

Just put that into the google search box and change "put band name here" to whatever band you want to search for. Make sure you only look for legal music :)
